Easter is a special dish of cottage cheese, which according to Russian tradition prepared only once a year — during the Easter holiday.

Cooking
1.Beat butter, sugar, vanilla and egg.
2.In a blender mix the oil mixture with cream cheese until a homogeneous lush mass.
3.Add the steamed raisins, chopped candied fruit, poppy seeds and stir.
4.In a form put a cheesecloth (soaked in cold water) and spread our weight, even out. The ends of the gauze to put on top of cheese, put them in the saucer, and the saucer - a small package (e.g. a jar of water) and allow to drain 5-6 hours. (I have pasochnitsy I'm doing in the colander.)
5.When the liquid has drained, put Easter on a dish, decorate and refrigerate. Decorate with grated candy and roses from the softened candy.
