Almond biscuits with jam
Cookies are very tasty, fragrant, soft, but there is one drawback - it ends quickly.... Of this number ingredients I got 16 cookies, 2 adults and one child - a little!!! Cookies are easy to prepare, with the dough very easy to work with.... Here is the recipe!!!

Ingredients

  • Almonds

    200 g

  • Flour

    175 g

  • Butter

    175 g

  • Sugar

    115 g

  • Lemon peel

    1 piece

  • Vanilla essence

    5 ml

  • Egg white

    1 piece

  • Jam

    250 g

  • Lemon juice

    15 ml

Cooking

In a blender grind the peeled almonds with 3 tbsp flour.

Got this flour mixture, don't worry if a few nuts will remain intact.

Connect the sugar with the butter (room temperature). Whisk using a mixer.

Add lemon zest (I didn't have lemon, and I added 1 tsp of lemon juice) and vanilla.

Add almond-flour mixture, stir or beat with a mixer.

Add the remaining flour and knead the dough.

Wrap the dough in a bag and in the fridge for 1 hour.

Roll out the dough thinly, cut molds cookies.

Half of the cookies with a small cookie cutter cut out the middle.

Lubricate the beaten egg whites, sprinkle with chopped almonds. In the oven on 175*C for 13 minutes.

To jam with lemon juice and on low heat bring the jam to a liquid state.

Cookies without cut midway to smear jam on top to cover the cookies without the midway. Bon appetit!!!
