Cooking
Take yogurt (yogurt should be drinking, but not really like water, liquid), milk, sugar, juice and zest of half a lemon and mix it all well. (BUT!!!!! I have the juice of a lemon was, but the peel was not there. It has been used before. So I decided to use mint). Then add the finely chopped mint, a little bit. And again mix well.
Take gelatin and dissolve in 100-150ml. water according to instructions. And immediately brew green tea so that for you he was a bit stronger than you drink (I took 1 tbsp. boiling water 2 bags of green tea) and sugar too, according to your taste, but a little sweeter than usual. Cooled.
Gelatin pour in the yoghurt and milk mixture, stir. The mixture is poured into a form, covered with cling film. I took a split. And put into the fridge to solidify. After take out and cut into cubes (size as desired).
Take a glass, put the pieces of jelly and pour cooled tea. And immediately serve. You can decorate any fruit.
At the end of this jelly was eaten just with a spoon.
