Baskets with coconut cream and strawberries
Cakes-tarts with coconut cream "Cocada" and strawberries. Hello, dear cooks!!! I posted the study session, there was no time to create in the kitchen! But the session put all that behind us and can breathe! The beginning of vacation I decided to celebrate cakes! Sweet cream and strawberries will not leave anyone indifferent! I invite you all to tea with sweets!!! The inspiration was the book "Classic cooking" canadian chef John Butler.

Ingredients

  • Coconut shavings

    20 g

  • Milk

    0.5 cup

  • Sour cream

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Vanilla

  • Puff pastry

    200 g

  • Whiskey

    2 tsp

  • Strawberry

    5 piece

  • Cherry

    2 piece

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

First, mix the chips with the milk and sugar and put on the slow fire to stew. In about 15 minutes. Until the mixture starts to thicken.

Then beat the egg and add part of the coconut mixture.

Well whisk.

And add the egg-coconut mixture and whiskey to the remaining coconut weight. Cook for another 5-8 minutes until thick.

The sour cream added to the coconut.

Again whisk. Our cream is ready.

Take the dough I was ready, remaining after making the strudel.

Roll out.

Cut out the squares and put the dough into molds.

Pinned the dough with a fork and send the molds into the oven for 5-10 minutes.

Then take it out and fill the dough with cream and send another 10 minutes.

Cream the consistency should be almost like a souffle. Ready baskets decorate with strawberries and cherries.
