Salad with lentils in Greek
I think this recipe is perfect for lovers of healthy nutrition and for those who are fasting. A pleasant spicy-sour taste.

Ingredients

  • Lentils

    1 cup

  • Cherry tomatoes

    250 g

  • Cucumber

    200 g

  • Green onions

    200 g

  • Dill

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    0.25 cup

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

Cooking

Lentils, rinse, cover with water and boil 25-30 minutes without boiling. To make sure that don't seethe.

Make the dressing. Skip the garlic through the press, in a bowl, mix garlic, salt, olive oil, lemon juice and black pepper.

Drain water from lentils. Put it in a bowl and dressed. Allow to cool at room temperature.

When lentils are cool, add tomatoes, cucumber and herbs. Mix and salad is ready!!!
