Salad with baked peppers
Light, fragrant and very tasty salad. On the table is not delayed.

Ingredients

  • Ham

  • Cucumber

    120 g

  • Pepper

  • Cilantro

    1 coup

  • Chicken egg

  • Garlic

  • Olive oil

  • Mustard

  • Vinegar

    1 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

Peppers wash, dry, grease with vegetable oil and bake in a hot oven for 20-25 minutes. Take out, put in a plastic bag and tie well. While the peppers are cooling, prepare other products.

The salad is better to take crisp, like Frisee or iceberg. Lettuce wash, dry and break with hands into pieces. Quantity according to your taste. I like a lot. Meat cut into thin strips (you can do even without meat).

The cooled peppers, remove seeds and peel and cut into long strips. A few strips aside for decoration. Else to add to the salad.

Cucumber cut into thin polyolefine, add to the salad. Garlic is very finely chopped with a knife.

In a small jar mix olive oil, vinegar, balsamic vinegar, mustard and garlic, cover tightly and shake well several times.

Pour salad dressing and mix well. Add finely chopped cilantro and stir lightly again.
