Breton fish salad
Delicious fish fillet salad with an interesting dressing and serve.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Fish fillets

    250 g

  • Crab sticks

    0.333 pack

  • Salt

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Mustard

    0.2 tsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Peppers red hot chilli

  • Vinegar

    0.2 tsp

  • Salt

Cooking

Fish fillet to boil, cool and cut into small pieces.

To fillet add boiled potatoes (diced).

Add the crab sticks, cut into pieces. Ideally, instead of crab sticks crab meat is added. Mix well.

Prepare the sauce. RUB the yolks with a fork with red pepper, mustard, salt and vinegar.

Add the melted butter. Stir.

Tomato and boiled eggs cut into slices and decorate the salad.

In the center of the plate lay out the bulk.

Decorate the salad with slices of tomato and eggs. Onions cut into rings and sprinkle the salad. Salad to sauce and serve. My sauce turned out thick. Bon appetit!
