Cake Surprise
Gorgeous dessert, sweet, but very high in calories. For lovers of ice cream, biscuits and fruit.

Ingredients

  • Ice cream

    400 g

  • Egg white

    10 piece

  • Powdered sugar

    150 g

  • Biscuit

    200 g

  • Fruit

    200 g

  • Sugar

    50 g

  • Cognac

Cooking

Cut the sponge cake slices.

For a dish that can be put in the oven, spread the biscuit.

Spread on top of fruit (in my case apricots from the compote ) and ice cream are cut into wafers (slices).

On top of the sundae again fruit (I added frozen raspberries).

Pour the biscuit.

Get whites out of the fridge and whisk them first with a pinch of salt until stiff, then add gradually the powdered sugar.

The oven should be preheated to 260.

Cover the top and sides of dessert proteins.

Bake in the oven for 1-2 minutes.

The following step is optional, but very effective! Sugar soaked in brandy, lay on the cake, light them on fire and immediately file on the table!
