Very tasty and healthy fruit and vegetable salad in cabbage leaves. The salad was shaped like a pineapple, but without the pineapple. Friendly meeting or a romantic evening will be well complemented by this light and beautiful dish, and the soy vinaigrette adds a spicy touch to this dish.

Cooking
Cabbage and carrots wash, peel and cut into strips.
Three of the cabbage leaves aside.
Peeled one orange and one Apple cut into small slices.
Green onions finely chop. Connect the chopped ingredients for the salad and mix.
Prepare the dressing. Soy sauce mix with lemon juice, add the sour cream, sugar to taste. The salt I added was soy sauce.
Dress your salad with the cooked sauce and stir.
The leaves of the cabbage garnish with thin slices of Apple and orange,
Put slices of fruit salad,
garnish with herbs (I have a bit of mint) and serve! Bon appetit!
