Focaccia with semolina from Jamie Oliver
Delicious and easy to prepare bread.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    500 g

  • Semolina

    300 g

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 Tbsp

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Rosemary

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Yeast

    3 tsp

  • Water

    1.5 cup

Cooking

Yeast with sugar, pour the water, wait until dissolved.

Mix the flour with semolina.

Enter the yeast with sugar and water.

Knead the dough. It must be feels like the earlobe. Put in a warm place for proofing for 30 minutes.

Rasstavleny the dough is spread on a table sprinkled with flour, and hand as though squeezing the air out. Try to make sure that the dough was everywhere of the same thickness.

Coat the baking pan with baking paper, sprinkle with flour.

Garlic passed through a garlic press and mix with oil, herbs de Provence and salt.

Gently transfer the dough on a baking sheet and as if to RUB in the butter with the spices and salt. Send in a warm place for proofing for 30 minutes.

Rasstavleny sent the dough to be baked in a preheated 200 degree oven for 30 minutes.
