Cottage cheese pancakes with herbs
This dish I found on the Internet back in January, I really wanted something tasty, but diet is not allowed. Due to my low calorie diet, the cottage cheese in the fridge is almost always there. Because the pancakes were cooked immediately (although with minor changes)! My mom was ecstatic, and I do too. Now we're cooking these for Breakfast and for a snack to guests. Try it and you, I'm sure you'll like it!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Milk

    150 g

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Greens

  • Salt

Cooking
