A wonderful salad with cod liver, rice and quinoa. Perfect for a dinner -hearty, wholesome and delicious.

Ingredients

  • Quinoa

  • Cod liver oil

    1 can

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Avocado

    1 piece

  • Sour cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

  • Onion

You will need a mix of white aromatic rice and quinoa "Quinoa and basmati rice Mix". Approximately Cup.

Pour the mixture of rice and quinoa with water and cook until tender. Season with salt to taste.

Lay out a large part of the cooled rice and quinoa into the salad bowl.

The next layer of slightly mashed cod liver oil from the jar and finely chopped onions. Layer rice with quinoa, lightly cover with the sauce from the cod liver.

The next layer is the cucumber cut into cubes or strips.

Continue to piclogite avocado slices (lightly sprinkled with lemon juice to avoid darkening).

Pour the sour cream, season with salt and pepper. Put the remaining rice with quinoa and garnish with greens.
