Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Shrimp

    200 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    3 tooth

  • Mayonnaise

  • Coconut shavings

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bay leaf

    2 piece

  • Lemon

    2 slice

  • Black pepper

    6 piece

  • Salt

In a saucepan pour 1.5-2 cups of water, add Bay leaf, lemon slices, peppercorns and garlic cloves. Bring to a boil. Salt.

In boiling broth pour the shrimp. Cook for 5 minutes. Shrimp remove from broth, cool.

The pineapples are removed from the banks to dry out. Peel shrimps. Boiled eggs finely chop. Grate cheese on a small grater (I used cheese "Merchant" Belebeevsky dairy plant).

In a bowl, mix the eggs with the garlic, skipped through the press, and cheese. Add mayonnaise to make a thick mass.

Pineapple rings cut into 4 parts.

On each slice slide put the cheese mass and sprinkle with coconut.
