Liver paste in soy jelly
Soft dried apricots and jelly sweet soy sauce "Kikkoman" make it unusual, spicy, with sweet notes. We liked it.

Ingredients

  • Dried apricots

    60 g

  • Beef liver

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    4 Tbsp

  • Broth

    250 ml

  • Gelatin

    2 tsp

  • Salt

  • Spices

Trim the liver from the veins (if available).

Cut into cubes.

Preferably the apricots to soak in hot water for 10-20 minutes. Below it was soft. Then cut into cubes. The size of the dice does not matter. But the smaller the better.

Liver promolot into a smooth paste along with spices, egg, and 1 tablespoon of soy sauce. Season with salt to taste. ( I ran the immersion blender parts, since my chopper bowl is broken)

Billet paste mix with dried apricots and pour into molds for baking.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.

In cold and strained vegetable broth place the gelatin and allow to swell, then dissolve gelatin in a convenient way ( I used the microwave), add soy sauce - 3 tablespoons, mix well and pour on top of chilled pie. Put in the refrigerator. When the jelly is frozen, you can bring to the table.
