Carrot-pear cake
When I saw the idea of such cake in a magazine, I knew immediately that I just have to cook it for Svetlana (Female Wives) and kasi! That does not even know why there was such an automatic Association, but I can't help fulfill your vision! I hope that my humble gift of congratulations and wishes all the best in the New year like pretty girls: the Svetlanka and Kass!

Ingredients

  • Carrots

    300 g

  • Chicken egg

    4 piece

  • Brown sugar

    250 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Pear

    2 piece

  • Leavening agent

    1.5 tsp

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Powdered sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    175 ml

Prepare our main ingredients: pears and carrots! Carrot peel.

Eggs break in a bowl and add the vanilla sugar.

Add cane sugar. I use in the recipe the sugar from the Mistral. It will give the cake a caramel flavour.

Well whisk the eggs with the white sugar and the sugar is dissolved. Add the vegetable oil in a thin stream and continue whisking on mass until smooth.

Gently add the dry component of our cupcake: flour with baking powder. Mix on low speed of mixer. At this stage you can add cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger (for those who like such flavors)!

Now podnesem to the resulting mass of carrot, which will grate on a small grater. Gently and evenly distribute it in the dough with a silicone spatula.

Spread the batter in the prepared pan, lined with baking paper and set our pears. Sent in a preheated 180 degree oven for 50 minutes. Willingness to check on dry kindling! You may need to increase the time.
