Salad with Turkey, orange and feta
Light salad, colorful and delicious. Very nice dressing. For those who are watching their figure – perfect! Meet the spring fully armed!!!

Ingredients

  • Turkey

    150 g

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Feta

    100 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Vinegar

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Water

    3 Tbsp

  • Lettuce

    1 coup

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Turkey boil for 15 minutes (after boiling) on low heat. Allow to cool in the broth. Cut into cubes.

Onions cut into half rings and marinate in a mixture of vinegar, water and parsley.

Orange peel, white fibers. Each slice cut into 2-3 pieces.

Lettuce wash and dry.

Feta cut into cubes.

For dressing mix all the ingredients, add black pepper.

In a large bowl to pick by hand lettuce. On top lay the Turkey, onion (pre-tilted in a colander). Pour dressing, salt (salt not get carried away, because the feta alone is very salty) and mix gently. On top lay the cubes of orange and feta.
