  • Garlic

  • Parmesan

Salad cooked very simply and quickly. First make the pesto. To do this, pine nuts, garlic, Parmesan and Basil puree them in a blender, gradually adding olive oil (preferably not refined). The sauce turns out quite a lot, but we have 4 people it goes all. About half refills to the salad, and the rest we spread on slices of bread and some )))

Salad if you want, wash and cut into large chunks, I buy ready-made that do not require washing. The cherry tomatoes cut into halves, pepper - slices of medium size. Potatoes, cut into wedges and beans boiled together for 7-8 minutes until soft. Recline in a colander. Tuna is cut into pieces.
