Dessert
... easy, nepritorny dessert (sobremesa) of pineapple pudding and sweet pastries with whipped cream.

Ingredients

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Cookies

    200 g

  • Sugar

    0.5 kg

  • Milk

    1 l

  • Pudding

    2 pack

  • Cream

    600 ml

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Ingredients (left to right): sugar, cream, milk, cakes, pudding, canned pineapple

Preparing pineapple pudding 2 bags, as indicated on the package of pudding. But, just in case, write out how prepared I am. Pour 2 sachets in a pan, add 7 spoons of sugar

Slowly pour 1 liter of milk, stirring constantly to avoid lumps

Stir until dissolved and put on medium heat, bring to a boil, reduce fire, cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly!!!

Remove from the heat and immediately poured into the form

Leave in a cool place, without disturbing, until cool. (about 20 minutes) in the fridge to put not necessarily

When the pudding has cooled, discard the pineapple in a colander to drained, the juice does not pour!

On top of the pudding, put sliced 3-4 rings of pineapple then dip sticks (sweet pastries) in pineapple juice for a couple of seconds, not more, because they soak instantly

Then pour in a deep bowl 3 packages of cream (I buy bags of 200 ml), press out the juice from half of a lemon (for better whipping, and the lemon taste not overpowering), dobavlaet sugar to taste (I like not very sweet, so approx 0.5 cups, but can be more)

Spread the whole mass on top of sweet pastries
