Preheat the oven to 180*C. Prepare the form for the cake, grease it with oil and sprinkled with breadcrumbs. Proteins separated from the yolks and beat; to the yolks add sugar and beat. Add to the whites the yolks and flour and mix gently. Pour the batter into the pan and place in a hot oven. At a time while baking the cake, peel and dice the banana. Whip cream with sugar and add to the curd mass. All again to mix. The sponge cake is baked about 20 min but I check it with a skewer. Cool the sponge and cut into 3 pancake. Put first pancake on plate and spread on it half of the bananas. Pour on top about 1 cm of the cream. Put the second pancake and the same. On top of the third and its just grease remnants of cream on top and sides. Put in refrigerator for 2 hours for impregnation. First cake will be a little chatter from side to side, and in 2 hours it will become normal...
