Cooking
Proteins vzbit in a solid foam. Then add a little sugar. At the end to fill the coconut flour and stir with a spoon until smooth.
A teaspoon spread on a baking tray lined with paper (I use 2 tablespoons, helping to shift the mass on a baking sheet).
Bake in a pre the stove for 10 minutes until Golden brown at 175 degrees. Pull out and cool
Cream beat together the powdered sugar until fully thickened. In the end, add the seed coat and juice of lemon and mix thoroughly
Take the coconut cookies and the back to grease cream. Then cover it with other coconut cookies. Put we chill in the refrigerator. To be served preferably cold.
