Bread with a hint of lemon
Very simple recipe but great result. The bread is airy, fragrant and with a light lemon note, spring is such a refreshing food and want. And of course the beautiful molding!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    300 g

  • Water

    180 ml

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 Tbsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Flour will need about 2 cups (heaped). The batter should be slightly sticky.

In the required amount of water to squeeze the juice of half a lemon, a little zest, you can grate.

I kneaded the dough in the bread maker. In principle, for this recipe you can bake the bread there, but I'm not looking for easy ways...

If kneading by hands in warm water, add lemon juice, salt, sugar, vegetable oil and a little flour, mix, add dry yeast, stir, add remaining flour, knead and leave for proofing for about 40 minutes.

When the dough came, it should roll out to a thickness of about 1.5-2 cm, cut into long strips. If necessary, sprinkle with flour, to lower the stick to the hands.

Then weave latticed, it's just a)) leaving small gaps as the dough will again increase in size. The corner bend at the bottom to make a neat form of bread.

Paprika mix with a small amount of vegetable oil (or olive) and brush the bread. Leave for about 20 minutes warm.

Bake at 180 deg. about 15-20 minutes, until fully browned.

The bread turns out very tender and incredibly flavorful.

And most importantly within the structure is homogeneous, we can safely make a sandwich. Bon appetit.
