Description
Very popular in Greece these bagels ("koulourakia me karato ke spanaki"). Crispy, flavorful, and perfect for salad and broth, and snacks. Lean, but perfectly satisfy hunger. They also offer nutritionists in programs slimness (weight loss). Stored up to a month in a tightly sealed box. And prepared and eaten very quickly. The recipe is not for the contest.

Cooking
Carrots grate on a fine grater. Add the oil, water and salt. Mix thoroughly.
Gradually introduce the sifted flour and knead a soft, lagging behind the hands of the dough.
In the same way to prepare the dough with spinach.
Small pieces of dough make flagella and to form bagels.
Bake in preheated oven at 180*C for 15-20 minutes.
