Muffins with chocolate and cranberries
Muffins from oatmeal with chocolate and cranberries. I liked the muffins. Chocolate filling. Cranberry acidity. Muffins are good with coffee and cold milk. I usually love baking with the oven. But these cupcakes are much tastier cold.

Ingredients

  • Oat flour

    200 g

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Butter

    170 g

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

    1 tsp

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Cranberries

    3 handful

  • Dark chocolate

    200 g

  • Powdered sugar

Ingredients for the dough - flour, oats, wheat, sugar, butter, milk, vanilla, baking powder, eggs. Filling - chocolate, cranberries.

In the tank to grind eggs with sugar. Pour liquid oil and pour in the milk. Pour the flour, vanilla, baking powder and mix well the dough with a mixer.

The dough turned out much, but I decided to bake only 20 pieces. Used a solid shape with 12 cells and 8 silicone. Cells forms oiled and in each side put the parchment so the dough doesn't crawled over the edge, when increase in size.

Chocolate bar cut up and put in the dough in the middle of each cell.

Oven heated to 200 degrees. The muffins baked for about 30 minutes. Immediately ate one. Delicious, sweet... a Little like oatmeal.

The cooled cupcakes sprinkled through a sieve with powdered sugar.

The cooled down cupcakes are sensitivity oatmeal. But it is very evident chocolate and cranberry acidity.
