soak gelatine in 100ml water vanilla stick broken in half and boil with milk. RUB the yolks with sugar until white, then gradually pour the warm milk and stir. put on medium heat, stirring bring to thick(the cream should stick to the spoon) of pear peel, RUB on a grater, mix with the liqueur and mix with the egg-milk mass. melt gelatin and add to the mass, stir until smooth. cream beat until thick. cookies grind into crumbs. now mix the cream and pear ground to a homogeneous mass. take a cake pan, top with biscuits, pour a little cream, spread uniformly, and then again sprinkle cookies, cream and sprinkle cookies. put in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then put a few minutes in hot water and flip on a dish, pasupati colored sugar or chocolate.
