Unexpectedly stumbled upon the recipe and cooked - unusual and very tasty.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    160 g

  • Butter

    120 g

  • Leavening agent

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    40 g

  • Vanilla sugar

  • Vinegar

    2 cup

  • Chicken egg

  • Cognac

  • Walnuts

Shortbread dough: In the flour, grate the butter, mix into crumbs. Add salt, sugar, baking powder, vinegar and vanilla sugar. Mix well, knead the dough and make a ball. To put it in the fridge for 30 minutes.

Nut weight: Melted butter, 100 gr. sugar, yolk, vanilla sugar, brandy and lemon zest, mix and beat with a mixer until thick and smooth.

Add the chopped hazelnuts and biscuits crushed into crumbs. Mix well.

The remaining 50 gr. sugar vzbit with the remaining protein to a thick foam. Add to the walnut mass and mix.

Form to cover with paper and grease. Remove dough from the refrigerator. Spread the dough on the bottom of the form, making the rim width on the toe.

On the dough spread the jam leaving a blank margin (approximately 1 cm)

In a preheated 160 degree oven oven to light brown. Allow to cool.

To prepare the cream. Add 100 gr. softened butter and carefully whisk.

Oil cream cake. the roasting of hazelnuts and crumbs of biscuit mix and sprinkle on the cream. Put a couple of hours in the fridge.
