Baked salad
Eat vegetables and think what to cook, why not make a grilled salad?! Eggplant, peppers, tomatoes - they're so delicious after the heat treatment. They are fried in a pan, on the grill, and baked in the oven. Cooked very simply, this salad is perfect for meat, fish and garnish, you can prepare delicious mashed potatoes.

Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    4 piece

  • Pepper

    2 piece

  • Bow white

    1 piece

  • Olive oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Basil

    1 coup

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Allspice

    0.25 tsp

  • Tomato

    2 piece

Spread the eggplant on a baking sheet and bake at t 200 degrees, 15 minutes.

Get the pan from the oven and put the peppers and tomatoes and again bake for 15 minutes.

Put the fried eggplant in a bowl and close with cling film for another 15 minutes.

Put roasted pepper in a bowl and close with cling film for another 15 minutes.

The cooled pepper peel and cut into large cubes.

Chop Basil with a knife and add to the bowl with chopped vegetables, there is chopped onion half-rings. Season with olive oil and salt and pepper, mix well. The salad is ready - you can bring to the table.
