The red beans and chickpeas
Very satisfying salad. You can close them to eat and to walk happy and well-fed. Perfect to post.

Ingredients

  • Beans

    200 g

  • Chickpeas

    200 g

  • Red onion

    0.5 piece

  • Tomato

    2 piece

  • Cucumber

    1 piece

  • Mustard

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    20 g

  • Brown sugar

    2 Tbsp

  • Avocado

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Black pepper

    0.5 tsp

Cooking

Take the beans and chickpeas in equal proportions.

Cover with water for 4 hours. Then cook the beans for 1 hour the chickpeas for 1.5 hours.

Start cooking sauce. In a saucepan drop the finely chopped onion, vinegar and sugar. Warmed on low heat until the sugar is dissolved.

Whisk the mustard, oil, pepper.

To connect with mustard onions. The sauce is ready.

To connect beans, chickpeas, avocado and vegetables. Fill 2 tablespoons of the sauce and serve with black bread for fasting. Bon appetit!
