Light, delicate sponge cake... it Just melts in your mouth...

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    0.75 cup

  • Sour cream

    800 g

  • Soda

    2 tsp

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Cocoa powder

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Milk

    4 Tbsp

Step 1: PREPARE the DOUGH. All ingredients for cake mix thoroughly until smooth.

200 g sour cream +

2 eggs. Mix

+ 3/4 tbsp. sugar. Mix

1 1/5 cups flour. Mix 2 tsp of baking soda (to repay lemon). Mix

All this again mix well until a homogeneous mass.

A third of this mass is put into a form and bake a white cake.

In the remaining dough add a tablespoon of cocoa and to bake the second cake, dark, more.

Step 2: PREPARE the CREAM. Sour cream and sugar mix but do not beat.
