Cooking
Step 1: PREPARE the DOUGH. All ingredients for cake mix thoroughly until smooth.
1 1/5 cups flour. Mix 2 tsp of baking soda (to repay lemon). Mix
All this again mix well until a homogeneous mass.
A third of this mass is put into a form and bake a white cake.
In the remaining dough add a tablespoon of cocoa and to bake the second cake, dark, more.
Step 2: PREPARE the CREAM. Sour cream and sugar mix but do not beat.
***NOTE*** the White layer to impregnate brandy or vodka syrup – quarter Cup of a beverage and a tablespoon of sugar. Then put on the cake the cream of the cream.
