Description
Homemade ice cream is always delicious! This ice cream has a very thick, rich taste, thanks honey, brown sugar, prunes and brandy. And an unexpected addition in the form of oatmeal. I recommend to try.

Cooking
Prunes wash and cut into small pieces. If it is dry, then pour it on for 15 minutes with warm water, and then cut
Pour the prunes with the brandy and leave for half an hour
Yolks mix with honey with a beater
Add the egg yolks and brown sugar. I used generic brown sugar TM "Mistral"
In a saucepan heat the cream to a temperature of 60-70 degrees. While stirring, enter into the cream egg mixture
Put on fire and cook, while stirring intensively until thick (from the moment of boiling for about 3-5 minutes)
Add the resulting mixture of prunes with cognac, oatmeal, and cinnamon. Stir If you want a more interesting, slightly nutty flavor, then slightly fry the oats on a dry pan until light brown (stirring constantly)
Put mixture into container and put in the freezer until fully hardened (about 3-4 hours). Every 20-30 minutes take out the container and stir the ice cream well
Serve with anything - with chocolate or caramel syrup, fresh berries or just.
