Pie is not complicated in execution, but very tasty. My men were delighted.

Cooking
Sift the flour, add a pinch of salt, margarine, cut into pieces. Chop with a knife or crush with hands into crumbs. Add sour cream and knead the dough.
Roll into a ball, wrap in cling film and put it in cold for 1 hour.
To prepare the products for the filling. Bacon and leek slice. Cabbage boil in salted water for 5 minutes. Quickly cool under cold running water and divide into small florets.
The bacon slice and fry. Put in a bowl and set aside.
In the same pan lightly fry the roughly chopped leeks. All the products in a bowl combine and gently mix.
The dough lightly roll out, put into a form (26, depth 4 cm), oiled, stretch across the form, making high sides. Lay a baking paper, pour the dry peas and place in oven for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven, remove the peas and paper.
Beat eggs, add cream and spices, mix well.
Cheese to grate on a coarse grater, put in a creamy egg mixture and stir.
The stuffing spread about 2/3 fill and stir. Spread on the dough.
Top evenly spread the remaining filling. You can even sprinkle 1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated on a fine grater.
Bake for 30-40 minutes at 200*C.
The finished pie slightly cool in the form, then gently remove and sprinkle with herbs.
Slice when completely cooled.
