Sweet bread with figs
Pane dolce con fichi. Very very anxious to make this bread. His imagination painted something amazing, original, appealing. Glad expectations were fully met!

Ingredients

  • Figs

    300 g

  • Flour

    400 g

  • Water

    250 g

  • Yeast

    11 g

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    100 g

  • Brown sugar

    3 Tbsp

  • Butter

The hardest part of cooking this wonderful bread - find the figs. Fresh I never got, but miraculously found a dried. Filled it with water for the night.

I REALLY liked the dough on this recipe, never cooked like this before: warm water stir yeast, salt, flour vmese. And then sprinkle the dough with sugar and pour the oil. The dough turns out very tender, LIVELY, stretchy

Ostavljam to gain strength for 3-4 hours under cling film.

Coming up gently spread the dough in a greased form, distribute on the surface of the figs, sprinkle with sugar (can be normal), put pieces of butter.
