Muffins with coconut and white chocolate... I like to call "Snow", but Snow white turned tan :)

Cooking
In advance take out butter from the fridge, it should be soft. On low heat or in a water bath melt the chocolate in the milk. Then let cool to room temperature (if the heating is working well and the room +22*C, and not +12*S). For a quick cool down I put a Cup of chocolate milk in the sink with cold water.
While the milk cools, beat butter with powdered sugar and egg. Add the cooled chocolate milk. Continuing to whisk, add the flour, coconut, vanilla sugar and baking powder. Optionally, you can add a couple of tablespoons of coconut liqueur, coconut flavor will be more intense.
Turn on the oven at 180*C. spread the Prepared dough in the molds. I used lady's mantle, and therefore forms the butter not oiling.
Bake muffins for 15-20 minutes at 180*C. you can check the Readiness with a wooden splinter: it will be a bit of oil, but test it should not be.
Ready the cooled muffins can be watered with melted chocolate and sprinkle with coconut. Okay cool.
Muffins get a slightly moist and very crumbly. Quite high in calories - 1 muffin is approximately 285 calories (depends on the chocolate), but delicious... hand reaches for the next :)
