This recipe I saw in the vastness of the net. These buns can be eaten instead of bread with all entrees. And by themselves, they are also delicious. And due to the tomato, which is like in the house, they also look beautiful.

Cooking
First fry the chopped onion and tomato. A little - about 5 minutes. And allow to cool.
First the dough. Take any recipe you like or you are good at it. I use this dough recipe. The ingredients for it listed above. Kneading the dough helped me with my HP, but the process of kneading hands is no different. So, yeast (fresh) dissolve in milk. If dry, you don't need to do. After all products are put to the test in x (or in a bowl). BUT!!!!! first, take the flour not the entire portion. I fell asleep just 3. We need the dough liquid consistency. Included HP on the "dough" (or all mix well in a bowl until smooth watery mass). I HP turn off after 10 minutes after the start of the batch (we still need). The photo shows how we turned the dough is liquid.
Now cut arbitrarily (but not very large) sausage, cheese (although it can be grated), pepper and herbs.
Now added to the batter of the fried onions with tomatoes, peppers, greens, sausage and cheese.
Pour the remaining flour (which is about another 1-1.5 article, maybe more it depends) and then put x in the "dough". The dough should be soft. After mixing allow dough to rise twice. This process I have is also in HP. Kneading hands is similar. Fill up the remaining flour and knead the dough. Give it a go.
Ready approached the dough on the table sprinkled with flour, and press down it. Now formed out of it rolls. You can just make a ball and put them on a baking sheet. And you can, like me, lay on the molds for cupcake (pre-grease them). And again the dough and leave to rise. Now take small tomatoes (preferably cherry tomatoes) and spread on top of each muffin, slightly as if pushing them into the dough. If there are very small tomatoes, you can take the average and cut it in half or to cut off only the tip.
You can lubricate the yolk to obtain a Golden crust. And bake in the oven at t = 180* until done (I did it in 40 minutes).
The buns are removed and cool.
