Icelandic cakes
In Iceland there is a national recipe custard cakes Bollur, which are prepared from choux pastry and filled with whipped cream. I suggest you cook these cakes, but ready to fill with cream TM Haas.

Ingredients

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Water

    100 ml

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Dark chocolate

    45 g

  • Topping pastry

  • Cream

    1 pack

  • Milk

    300 ml

Cooking

Mix milk, water and add the butter. Add the taste of vanilla. Heated.

To the hot mixture pour the flour and knead a stiff dough. Cool.

Add one egg and knead with a mixer choux pastry.

Squeeze the dough on a baking sheet through a pastry bag. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees, about 45 minutes.

Prepare the custard. Take a bag of custard with vanilla flavor TM Haas and pour the contents into a bowl. Pour half of the milk and stir.

The rest of the heated milk and pour it into the mixture. Cook until thick state. To cool the custard.

To make cuts and fill the custard to a little peeking. Pour the melted dark chocolate and decorate with pastry beads.
