Pineapple cake-the Changeling
Today is my birthday and I want to treat you to my dear friends, this pie is a Changeling. With a very soft and tender dough and a sweet and sour filling. And the toasted coconut adds flavor. Come for tea. I'm glad to see all of you at a party.

Ingredients

  • Coconut shavings

    1 cup

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Flour

    1.75 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Juice

    125 ml

  • Sugar

    0.75 cup

  • Butter

    125 g

  • Leavening agent

    2 tsp

  • Pineapple

    1 can

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

    50 g

  • Agar-agar

    1 tsp

  • The food dye

Cooking

With canned pineapple, drain the syrup and turn into a homogeneous mass. Put in a saucepan, add sugar, nuts and cook about 5 minutes stirring. Add agar ( can be replaced with selfexam 2: 1 ( 1 Pak. )) and cook until the status of jam, about 5 min. If You don't like the color add a little yellow dye.

Beat butter with sugar, beating well add one egg and beat until smooth.

Pour 1/2 of the juice in the egg mixture and stir. Add half of the flour mixed with baking powder. Stir until smooth. Pour the leftover juices and stir again. Add remains of flour and knead the dough. It is not thick, but not liquid.

Oil for the top to melt and cover the bottom of the form. Fill it with shavings and spread it on the pineapple-and-walnut stuffing, retreating from the edge of the form 1 see

Pour on top of batter and bake in the oven at t= 180 for approximately 25-35 minutes ( until dry matches). Remove from oven, let stand for 5 min. and carefully flip over onto a plate. Allow to cool completely.
