Curd grind with sugar in a blender.
Now add in cheese and egg yolks, vanilla sugar, baking powder, semolina and cream. Stir carefully with a spoon.
With a mixer whip the egg whites (add a pinch of salt) and gently mix with cottage cheese.
Now we need to pave the form of pancakes. First, lay out the side. It took me 5 pancakes. Covered so that the edges hanging. In the middle put one pancake.
Spread half of the filling in the form. Spread on top of cherries. I was frozen, pitted. Cover the filling on top of pancake.
On pancake put the second half of the filling and sprinkle with chopped nuts. I took the hazelnut. Finely grind.
Close the stuffing hanging edges of pancakes. Bake 40 min. at a temperature of 180*. 15 min. before the end of baking, cover the cake with paper.
Leave the cake to cool in the form. Sprinkle it with powdered sugar.
