Description
Curls with spinach (and I added nettle) in fact, a La carte, which is very convenient and no need to cook the pie-pita, which in Greece is a great set: spanakopita (spinach pie), spanakopita (pie with spinach and feta cheese)... the Filling can be changed, but the dough is all the same exhaust.

Cooking
Flour, salt, vinegar and water to knead a stiff dough. The dough is left to rest and meanwhile prepare the filling. In the future, divide the dough into 8 pieces from them and have 8 whorls.
To prepare onion, green onion, leeks, fennel. All finely chop.
Spinach wash thoroughly, dry, finely chop.
To do the same with nettles (all of the nettle to do the disposable gloves made of latex). Nettles can be added, but the greater the variety of greens and herbs, the tastier it turns out the stuffing.

You can add in the filling and cheese type feta.
Lubricate curls with olive oil and bake until Golden brown at T-180*C.
