Cooking
For me, spinach is one of the spring vegetables. And in the spring I try to add it to the family menu as often as possible. I kept in the freezer, grown in last season spinach - very convenient. If you have the opportunity to cook with fresh - all fine
Spinach grind, if it has been frozen - press out excess juice. Beat the egg, salt to taste, milk and mix everything with the spinach.
Fry the omelette on both sides. Love it!!!
Bread greased with mustard...

... put the sandwich: bread - spinach omelette, herring, pickles. Cover with a bread. It is very very tasty. Especially great to enjoy such a sandwich in the fresh air - in the woods or on the lake, with hot tea from a thermos! Enjoy!!!
