Description
This roll was prepared on the basis of two recipes. In one journal I read about the loaf with walnuts, the other with bell peppers, and decided to combine them. Try it now!

Cooking
The chicken should be thawed, wash and dry with a towel. Cut along the breast and remove news bone structure without damaging the skin. Garlic skip through the press. Chicken lay on the cutting Board and RUB with salt, pepper and garlic.
Bacon (in this case, brisket) cut into thin strips. Spread on top of fillets overlap.
Walnuts grind. Dill chop. Mix the nuts with dill and spread on top of bacon.
Bulgarian pepper to wash, remove seeds and partitions, cut into cubes. Onion peel and cut into half rings. Sauté onion and pepper in a small amount of vegetable oil. This mixture to put on top of nuts.
All neatly rolled into a roll, tie a strong thread. On top of the loaf sprinkle with melted honey. Bake in the oven at 180-200 degrees for 40-50 minutes, occasionally lubricating honey.
Ready strudel remove from oven, cool without removing from the pan. Then cut into portions pieces and serve. BON APPETIT!!!
