Salad with cheese and squid
Juicy, flavorful spring salad with a delicate hint of sea squid. The cottage cheese makes the salad so tasty and filling, and the filling of yogurt with lemon juice enhances the flavour of sweet pepper. All very harmonious and simple.

Ingredients

  • Squid

    300 g

  • Red onion

    1 piece

  • Cucumber

    3 piece

  • Sweet pepper

    1.5 piece

  • Cheese

    250 g

  • Yogurt

    100 ml

  • Greens

  • Lemon juice

    0.5 piece

  • Pine nuts

    30 g

  • Salt

Cooking

1.Carcass squid, rinse and cook in boiling salted water for 4 minutes. Then drain in a colander, allow to cool and cut into rings.

2.Finely chop the onion and pour over boiling water, drain in a colander.

3.Cucumbers cut into strips.

4.Sweet pepper cut the same way as cucumbers.

5.Parsley and dill finely chop. Cheese mash with a fork.

6.Add to the cream cheese the rest of the ingredients. Season with salt and pepper and stir gently.

7.Yogurt mixed with lemon juice and season salad. Sprinkle with nuts.
