Cooking

step-0
Dried apples bring water to a boil, remove from heat and leave in water until tender.
step-1
The water is completely drained.
step-2
Approximately the number of nuts, raisins and prunes, leave to decorate the cake.
step-3
The rest add to the apples, add the sugar and honey. Grind in a blender but not too much to have pieces of nuts and dried fruits.
step-4
Add the vegetable oil.
step-5
Add flour, soda, knead the dough.
step-6
Bake at 180* 1 h 10 min
step-7
After cool cut into 3 layers.
step-8
Prepare the mousse. I took frozen raspberries (squeezed juice), but good from the juice of black currant, orange, cherry. To the raspberry juice add the sugar, bring to a boil.
step-9
Add semolina and proverjaem 15-20 min with constant stirring.
step-10
5 minutes before end of cooking, put the agar-agar and boil until dissolved.
step-11
The resulting mass is slightly cooled.
step-12
Then whip at high speed for 15-20 min.
step-13
The mass turns thick and increases in volume 3 times.
step-14
Collect the cake in the form with borders. 1 layer of sponge cake, pour the mousse, then put the cake etc. etc. Turns out 3 layers of cake and 3 layers of mousse.
step-15
Immediately, while the mousse is not frozen decorate with nuts, prunes and raisins. Put in the refrigerator until fully cured.
step-16
Exempted from the form. The side I don't decorate, because I think that cake is good.
