Small plates spring rolls
Spring rolls - a great theme for a picnic. The variations are many, and the result is remarkable. I suggest making the rolls with vegetables, boiled beef and homemade teriyaki mayonnaise. A good combination, tender and flavorful.

Ingredients

  • Cabbage

    200 g

  • Cucumber

    200 g

  • Pepper

    100 g

  • Beef

    200 g

  • Rice paper

    8 piece

Vegetables and boiled beef cut into strips.

For homemade mayonnaise mix 1 egg yolk 100 gr. vegetable oil (the oil on your taste) salt to taste sugar 0.5 teaspoon mustard prepared 1 teaspoon (you can substitute wasabi) dry grain mustard 1 teaspoon the juice of half a lemon fresh garlic to taste fresh ginger to taste.

Mayonnaise whisk until thick. In the finished mayonnaise, add the teriyaki Sauce, a couple tablespoons. Stir.

Mix the chopped vegetables, beef and mayonnaise. Stir.

Rice paper for 10 seconds. drop in warm water, shake off the excess water. On each sheet put a couple of spoonfuls of the filling and turn the rolls.

The rolls are ready, serve with sauce of your choice.
