Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    12 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    3 Tbsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 Tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    0.25 tsp

  • Mint

    0.5 tsp

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Mushrooms clean and wipe with a damp cloth. In no case do not wash mushrooms in water, otherwise they will be watery and tasteless! Cut the mushrooms in half.

To make the marinade. Mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, balsamic vinegar and lemon juice, add the peeled garlic. In a blender grind until smooth.

Add to the marinade, sugar, chili pepper and mint, mix thoroughly.

Put the mushrooms in a bowl or bag with lock and pour the marinade. Mix thoroughly so that the mushrooms were completely covered with marinade. Place in refrigerator at least 40 minutes.

Thread the mushrooms on skewers. This must be done carefully, otherwise the mushrooms can break.

I cooked in the convection oven at 160 degrees for 4 minutes on each side.
