Potato-cabbage croquettes and fried onion
I offer my chops from potatoes cooked in their skins and fried cabbage. In addition to these tender pork chops I take the sweet grilled onions that will give a certain tenderness and special flavor to the dish. The dish is simple, not much to take away time and financial costs.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    700 g

  • Cabbage

    400 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Flour

    6 Tbsp

  • Onion

    5 piece

  • Spices

    0.5 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    5 Tbsp

Cooking

Boil the potatoes in their skins, and shred the cabbage for roasting.

Slightly cool the potatoes, peel and grate on a coarse grater.

Fry the shredded cabbage.

Also chop the onion and fry until Golden brown, adding 1 tablespoon of agony (this is for garnish).

That's how it looks, sauteed cabbage, grated potatoes and raw egg. Add spices, salt and pepper, add 4 tbsp of flour.

Mix it all together.

On a wide plate, pour 2 tbsp flour for podpira hands and make patties.

On a heated pan put the cutlets and fry with 2 x sides, until Golden brown.

Serve with sour cream and fried onions. Or on your own.
