Cooking
Let's start with the dough. Will proseem flour. Will add in the grated frozen butter. Knead with a spatula.
Add one egg yolk and ice water. Salt.
Knead the dough until smooth. Like to knead the dough by hand. The finished dough wrap in cling film and put in the fridge for an hour ;-)
Now let's prepare the filling. I took this the beans (well, just went and picked in the garden:-D )
Cut the ends on both sides. Fill with water and put on to cook beans for 40 minutes.
Boiled the beans, let cool and cut into small pieces. Chop spring onions.
Heated 1 tbsp oil and fry the beans, add the onions.
Chop the greens. Mix remaining eggs, cream, cheese, salt, pepper.
Mix the egg mixture with beans and greens. Such a filling.
Grease a baking dish. Roll out the dough. Spread in the form of the trimmed edge. Pinned with a fork.
Roll trim test. Spread on tart. Carefully cut and semipaved fork. Make in the centre a small hole. Greased egg.
Bake the tart in the oven at 220*C for 25-30 minutes until Browning.
