Cake with cherries
The dough with semolina-quite unusual for me. With a crispy crust, dircetory present. Not dessert, like a regular cake, just with cherries. Fits perfectly to the meat.

Ingredients

  • Yeast

    1 tsp

  • Salt

    1.5 tsp

  • Sugar

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Flour

    200 g

  • Semolina

    100 g

  • Mac

    1 Tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    1 Tbsp

  • Water

    220 ml

  • Cherry

    10 piece

  • Salt

Knead the dough. The batch I did in HB. The dough was NOT crisp, remove from the bucket, coat your hands with olive (any vegetable) oil, generously.

Baking tray lay a baking paper, to form a pellet. Leave in a warm place for 30 minutes.

To put on the cake cherries, press into dough, sprinkle with (grease) with olive oil, sprinkle with coarse salt, can Mac. Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Bon appetit!!!
