Patties of spiced dough in olive oil
Very home made pies. Classic stuffing - boiled eggs and fresh spinach. The last in our farm I found, cooked with potatoes. Looking for ingredients and recipes - similar not found. Serve with broth or with "this"

  • Flour

    450 g

  • Olive oil

    0.5 cup

  • Water

    1 cup

  • Salt

  • Rosemary

    0.5 tsp

  • Red sweet pepper

    0.5 tsp

  • Greens

    0.5 tsp

  • Potatoes

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Butter

    1.5 Tbsp

  • Milk

    3 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

in hot water, add salt, rosemary, paprika and dried herbs. then pour in the oil and mix well.

pour the flour and knead the dough. it is soft and flexible. wrap in cling film and 45 minutes in the refrigerator. just make the stuffing: boil potatoes, mash, mix with warm milk, fried onions. salt, pepper. let them cool.

divide the dough into pieces the size of a hen's egg, rolled thickness 0.3-0.5 cm, in the middle put 1 tbsp filling and zasiyaet the edges, giving the shape of a triangle.

spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, grease with beaten egg and into the oven on the middle shelf for 20-25 mins at 180*C. then on the top shelf for 10-15 min. it turns out that many pies.
