Description
These patties can be served with chicken broth soup. Tea is also good. The recipe for these pies I learned from Irene. Made a few changes to the stuffing. We were very pleased with the taste.

Cooking
Melt the butter, cool. In a container beat the egg, add the yogurt, oil, salt and flour. Knead the dough. Sprinkle the baking soda and knead it into the dough.
Divide the dough into several parts.
Roll on a small plate and brush with melted butter.
Roll rolls and place in refrigerator to cool.
Onions and garlic chop and lightly fry.
Chop the spinach and add to the onions.
Saute until the liquid evaporates.
To connect cheese-cottage cheese with spinach. Add raw eggs and spices.
