Cooking
Separate the yolks from the whites. Proteins cool. Margarine to grind with the yolks...
...add curd cheese, flour and knead the dough.
Proteins vzbit in a solid foam, add sugar, again whisking.
Roll the dough into a rectangular layer thickness of 2 cm, to lubricate it with beaten egg whites...
...and rolled into a roll.
Roll cut into slices, lay them on a greased baking sheet. Bake in the oven at 200° for 25-30 minutes.
The finished rolls sprinkle with cinnamon and spread on a dish, unfortunately, the cinnamon this time I was not. :(
