Blueberry cookies from jam
Delicious, soft blueberry cookies! On the website there are similar recipes, but I want to offer my own version. The cookies are made without sugar, but with jam! If someone has a jar bored without a case of blueberry jam, come on in, show your recipe!

Ingredients

  • Jam

    1 cup

  • Butter

    100 g

  • Starch

    40 g

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Nuts

Raisin cookies that it without the added sugar. I only added blueberry jam. which is already sweet). I also have blueberry jam forever gathering dust in the pantry, and excellent application! Mix jam and softened butter.

Put the dough in cling film or foil, flatten.

Twist with the film taut sausage and send it in the freezer for 1-1.5 hours.

Turn on the oven to warm at 200 degrees. Get the sausage. Cut easily frozen dough. You can sprinkle sesame seeds or coconut. I do just like that - not all love sprinkles.)

I got 30 pieces. Place on lightly oiled baking sheet (or covered with baking paper - then oil is not necessary).

Bake at 200 degrees for 12-15 minutes. No more! And then the color will become pale! Take out and allow to cool. First, the cookies looks very soft, but when cool - it will be firmer, don't worry)
